Regular/Student: Fees include admission to scientific sessions, welcome reception, farewell refreshments, conference material, coffee and lunch breaks on Thursday and Friday. 

Accompanying Person: Fee includes the welcome reception. Accompanying persons are not expected to attend the scientific sessions.

Summary
Terms and Conditions
All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention. Registration: For cancellation before 12.02.2017 a cancellation fee of € 50,- will be charged. After that date no refund of the registration fee can be made. Hotel Booking: All hotel bookings are guaranteed by credit card. For any cancellations before 12.02.2017 a cancellation fee of € 40,- will be charged. For any cancellations after that date or No Shows a cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged to your credit card. Liability: Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the congress, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna. With agreeing to the conditions you allow us to pass all registration data given on the form to congress participants. You can recall your authorisation any time in writing by e-mail.
