HOTEL BOOKING FORM

Austropa Interconvention is the official housing office for the EUROGIN Congress 2026 in Vienna and has negotiated best possible congress rates incl. breakfast.

- All prices are in EURO, include breakfast and taxes and are indicated for the entire stay.
- In case that you would like to arrive earlier and/or depart later than the official room allotment is pre-reserved we would kindly ask you to select the available dates and remark your preferred check-in and/or check-out date under the field "special requirements".
- For the hotel booking a credit card guarantee is needed.
- Total hotel expenses must be paid directly in the hotel upon check-out.

Hotel Booking Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to eurogin@austropa.at. Cancellations are only valid if confirmed by the travel agency: Austropa Interconvention.

All hotel bookings are guaranteed by credit card. For any cancellations before 01.02.2026 a cancellation fee of € 50,- will be charged.

For any cancellations after that date or No Shows a cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged to your credit card.

Unpredictable things - often also on short notice - might happen before you set off, or during your travel! In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we recommend to contract an insurance by the insurance company "Europäische Reiseversicherung" to receive a refund of your travel costs.
