Public Transportation Ticket

Terms and Conditions
All cancellations have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention. Registration Cancellation Conditions / Refund of registration fees will be as follows: - Cancellation received until 30. June 2018 : Full Refund, less an administration fee of Euro 50,- - Cancellation received between 1. July 2018 to 31. July 2018: 50% refund. - After 31. July 2018: No refund possible. - If a delegate fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid. Please note that it lies within the participant’s responsibility to apply for Visa in time. - No refunds can be made for any services not used. Hotel Booking: All hotel bookings are guaranteed by credit card. For any cancellations before 30. July 2018 a cancellation fee of € 50,- will be charged. For any cancellations after that date or No Shows a cancellation fee equal to one night will be charged to your credit card. Liability: Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the congress, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna. With agreeing to the conditions you allow us to pass all registration data given on the form to congress participants. You can recall your authorisation any time in writing by e-mail.
