Cancellation of Registration: Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat (via essai2026@austropa.at). For cancellations received by May 31, 2026 a refund of the paid amount will be issued, minus a €50.00 penalty charge. After this date, or in the event of non-attendance at the meeting, no refunds will be issued (registration fee). Payment The invoice will be attached to the confirmation email. If you have selected payment by invoice please be advised that the applicable amount must have been received by us before July 1, 2026. Hotel: Booking information - It is recommended to make your reservation in time - hotel reservation deadline is June 1, 2026 - Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, according to availability. - In order to guarantee your reservation, a credit card is required. - All hotel expenses must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out. The hotel will issue an invoice. The number of overnights booked in advance will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please be adised that the hotel is reserves the right to charge for all pre-booked nights. Cancellation - For cancellations made from June 1st, 2026 onwards = one (1) night's room rate will be charged to your credit card. - The pre-booked nights are binding for the hotel. The hotel has the right to charge all pre-booked nights in case of shortening your stay. In the event of a no-show, the hotel reservation will be released after the first night. - In the event of cancellation or no-show Austropa Interconvention is authorised to charge the credit card for the contracted cancellation fees. Liability: Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property, whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the congress, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer.
