Terms and Conditions
I agree that my name, affiliation, homepage and e-mail address is included in the participant list of ALGO 2017 and I agree that photos taken during ALGO 2017 are used for documentation and media coverage of ALGO. Cancellation policy (registration): Cancellations and changes have to be sent in writing to Austropa Interconvention (see confirmation e-mail). In case of cancellation of the registration until August 15, 2017 - 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. For any cancellations after that date no refund can be made. In case you cannot attend the conference you may send a representative Cancellation policy (hotel booking): Your room reservation is guaranteed by your indicated credit card. The booked nights must be paid directly at the hotel. Modification or cancellation must be sent by e-mail exclusively to the booking agent Austropa Interconvention. In case of cancellation or No-Show, Austropa Interconvention is authorized to charge the given credit card with the indicated cancellation fees. For any cancellation before July 10, 2017, a cancellation fee of € 40,- will be charged. In case of cancellation after that date or NoShow a cancellation fee equal to 2 nights will be charged to your credit card. The original booked nights are binding for the hotel. In case of shortening the original booked nights the hotel reserves the right to charge all booked nights. Liability: Austropa Interconvention acts as agent only and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons or enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. In the event of cancellation or change of date of the congress, as well as in the event of force majeure, all prior expenses incurred, in particular processing expenses, shall be charged to the customer. Only written arrangements are binding. Sole venue is Vienna.
